Belonging to the blood group O , A , B , AB , is a peculiarity of each of us closely linked to health .

It is well known to all that in the event of an accident or vital emergency, in the event that a blood transfusion is required, it must be compatible and therefore belong to the same group.

Well, according to the naturopathic researchers James and his son Peter D’Adamo , the good or bad assimilation of the food we eat depends on our blood group.

The summary of the study is based on the fact that there are foods that are better tolerated for our blood group than others , so if we regularly follow a diet that our body cannot assimilate well, this would cause different diseases or problems, including obesity.

What to eat and how to carry out this diet?

– Peter D’Adamo classifies foods in relation to the 4 blood groups as: Healthy, Inadvisable and Neutral .

Below is an indicative list of healthy and inadvisable foods for each blood group, leaving aside the neutrals and considering these as the rest.

BLOOD GROUP O
