The consumption of almond milk has spread in recent years due to the appearance of various intolerances or allergies that affect a large part of the population. So much so that, more and more, different types of milk are marketed to  replace cow’s milk with other types of plant-based drinks that feel better to our body.

  • Due to its high fiber content, it protects the intestinal walls and reduces the possibility of diseases of the digestive system , such as irritable bowel syndrome or colon cancer .

We find it in supermarkets and large stores of different brands and in different formats, but it is also possible to make it at home.
