3-day diet, a short diet but valid in the short term

Lose 3 kilos in three days with this simple menu!

It is the well-known diet of 3 , since in just three days you can lose 3 kilos . The basis of this diet is to eat three meals a day with two snacks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The key meals are breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With breakfast having the highest caloric and energetic intake, lunch has a medium intake and dinner is quite light.

The basis of eating this diet is that we consume more energy at the beginning of the day, which is when we are going to burn the most, and reduce our intakes throughout the day.

It is an ideal diet to carry out before an event , or to prevent ourselves after excesses.

The products that we must consume the most are fresh ones such as fruit and vegetables , fish , lean meats  (preferably turkey or chicken).

The sweets , products precooked and processed are prohibited under this regime. You cannot eat fried or battered foods .

The sauces , cream , butter and mayonnaise are also banned for having a high fat content .

Not consume soft drinks or carbonated beverages or alcohol , etc.

Remember that meals should NOT be alternated with dinners on the menu, since the menus are designed respecting the caloric intake of each time of day. We must keep the body hydrated by drinking at least 2 liters of water a day , we can consume infusions or teas between meals to feel satisfied in hunger attacks.

Do not consume industrial juices , as they have a large amount of sugars.

The fruits that we can consume are pear , apple , pineapple , watermelon , melon , grapefruit , kiwi , orange , plum , papaya , strawberries .

During these days we will  NOT be able to consume grapes, figs, banana, custard apple, mango, and very sweet fruits.

Rice , pasta or cereals (except for breakfast bread) can NOT be consumed in these three days , as well as potatoes , carrots and sweet potatoes. We will eliminate them from the diet these three days.

We can only consume oat bran in the morning or in the mid-morning yogurt; to improve intestinal health and promote the easy elimination of waste substances avoiding constipation .

Below we offer you the orientative menus to carry out the diet.

 

DAY 1
Breakfast
Orange or grapefruit juice, a coffee and a slice of bread with a slice of cold turkey or ham.
Midmorning
A yogurt or a piece of sour fruit (strawberries, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, etc).
Meal
Salad of lettuce, cucumber, radishes with a vinaigrette and grilled chicken fillet. For dessert a kiwi.
Mid afternoon
The opposite option to the one chosen in the middle of the morning.

DAY 2
Breakfast
Grapefruit or orange juice, a coffee and a slice of bread with a slice of cold turkey or ham.

A glass of tomato juice and grilled fish with green beans as a garnish.
Mid afternoon
The opposite option to the one chosen in the middle of the morning.

Lettuce and cucumber salad with grilled turkey fillet with steamed vegetables.
Mid afternoon
The opposite option to the one chosen in the middle of the morning.

We remember that before doing any diet you should consult a specialist if you have previous health problems and we warn that the duration of this diet is three days and should not be prolonged in time, as it could have negative consequences on our body.
